- 3 eggs (5 for 3 pies)
- 1 c. white Karo syrup
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- unbaked shallow pie shells
Directions

1Beat eggs and sugar.

2Add syrup; mix well.

3Add all other ingredients (except pie shells).

4Add a dab of butter.

5Sprinkle nuts with flour.

6Bake 50 minutes at 300° in unbaked pie shell. Double all ingredients except use 5 eggs and it will make 3 pies.
