  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly; stir in sugar, syrup and butter.

    Add pecans.

    Pour into pie shells.

    Bake at 350° for 30 or 40 minutes or until filling is slightly firm.

    Center of pie may look soft when pie is gently shaken, but will firm when cool.
