  • 1 c. pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. white Karo
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo

Directions

    Place pecans in unbaked pie shell.

    Mix sugar, flour and salt. Set aside.

    Beat eggs. Add Karo, oleo and vanilla, then flour mixture.

    Pour over pecans.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

    Reduce temperature to 300° and bake 15 minutes.
