  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. white corn syrup
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped in large pieces
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine or butter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together (flour and sugar mixed first). Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then 300° for 25 minutes.
