  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch deep dish)

Directions

    Beat eggs until frothy and light.

    Add sugar, Karo syrup, vanilla, butter and nuts.

    Mix well and pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or firm to the touch.
