  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. broken pecans
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla
  • pie crust

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart bowl. Add syrup and mix well. Beat in eggs, one at a time.

    Mix in next 3 ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
