- 4 cups water
- 2 cups rice
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 gallon milk
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins
Directions

1Mix water, rice and cinnamon stick.

2Let this mixture stand for about an hour; rice will be tender.

3Cook over low heat for 25 minutes.

4When rice is cooked, add sugar, salt and milk.

5Continue cooking for another 40 minutes until rice is sticky.

6Remove cinnamon stick.

7Pour into baking dish.

8Stir in cinnamon and raisins.

9Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

10Serve with whipped cream.
