  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 3/4 c. white corn syrup
  • 3/4 c. whole pecans
  • 8-inch uncooked pastry shell

Directions

    Beat together eggs, sugar, salt, butter and syrup.

    Add pecans and pour mixture into pastry shell.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes until brown and center is firm when pie is shaken.

    Makes an 8-inch pie.
