Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 1/2 c. light Karo
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. pecans pieces

Directions

    In mixer, beat eggs, then each ingredient, one at a time, while mixing (except pecans).

    Roll out pie crust for 3 pie pans. Put 1 cup pecans in bottom of each, then pour mixture into all three.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 to 20 minutes until done.
