- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1In medium bowl, combine all ingredients mixing well.

2Pour into pie shell and bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

3Then bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until pie sets.
