  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. packed light brown sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients mixing well.

    Pour into pie shell and bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

    Then bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until pie sets.
