- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 deep dish unbaked pie shell
- 1 c. broken pecans
Directions

1Combine butter, sugar and corn syrup.

2Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved.

3Cool.

4Add eggs, vanilla and salt; mix well.

5Pour filling into pie shell and top with pecan halves.

6Bake at 325° for 50 to 55 minutes.
