- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, unbeaten
- 3/4 c. white Karo syrup
- 3/4 c. broken pecans
- 1/4 c. pecan halves
- 9-inch pie shell
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and syrup.

2Beat well.

3Add broken pecans.

4Pour into pie shell.

5Place pecan halves around edge of crust.

6Bake in 450° oven 10 minutes.

7Decrease heat to 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
