- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 3 eggs, stirred
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- dash of salt
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix sugar, flour, corn syrup, eggs, vanilla, butter and salt. Add pecans.

2Bake in unbaked 9-inch pie shell or 8 tart shells. Bake at 250° for 1 hour for pie, 40 minutes for tart shells.
