  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. white corn syrup
  • 3 eggs, stirred
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour, corn syrup, eggs, vanilla, butter and salt. Add pecans.

    Bake in unbaked 9-inch pie shell or 8 tart shells. Bake at 250° for 1 hour for pie, 40 minutes for tart shells.
