  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 white cake mix

    Spread Cool Whip on top of cake; top with cherry pie filling.
