- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. chopped or whole pecans
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly.

2Add sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and butter.

3Place the pecan pieces in the bottom of the uncooked pie shell.

4Add filling.

5Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350° and bake until mixture sets, 30 to 35 minutes.
