  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/4 c. pecans (not chopped)

Directions

    Beat sugar, syrup, salt, flour and eggs.

    Melt butter. Add butter, pecans and vanilla to first mixture.

    Pour into pastry shell.

    Bake at 300° for 50 to 60 minutes, until filling is just set.
