- 1 1/2 c. maple blended syrup
- 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions

1Pour syrup into saucepan; boil rapidly, uncovered, for 5 to 8 minutes.

2Let stand 15 minutes.

3Cream the sugar, butter, salt and flour.

4Add eggs, syrup and vanilla; mix well.

5Sprinkle nuts into mixture in unbaked 9-inch pie shell.

6Bake at 375° for 40 minutes, or until pie is completely puffed across top.
