  • 1 c. pecans (halved)
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Sprinkle pecans in pie shell.

    In large bowl beat together remaining ingredients.

    Pour over pecans.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven for 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
