- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 c. dark corn syrup
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Beat eggs; add corn syrup and sugar.

2Stir in salt and vanilla. Let stand 5 minutes.

3Pour pecans into pie shell.

4Stir melted butter into syrup.

5Pour into shell.

6Make sure pecans rise to top.

7Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is firm.
