- 3 eggs
- 2/3 c. white sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. pecans
- 3/4 c. dark Karo syrup
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Beat eggs well.

2Add Karo syrup, sugar, butter, salt and vanilla.

3Place nuts on bottom of crust.

4Pour mixture over nuts. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 350° and bake until knife inserted into the center of pie comes out clean, about 30 to 40 minutes.
