  • 1 box light brown sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 or 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 unbaked pie crusts
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. corn meal
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Pour into pie crust.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, then reduce to 300° and cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
