  • 1/4 kg Gram Flour
  • 2 pinch Chilli Powder
  • 4 pinch Salt
  • 4 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1 bunch Fresh Coriander
  • 1/2 kg Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tbsp Curry Paste

Directions

    Pan fry the diced chicken and curry paste with a dash of oil until the chicken is cooked through

    Add the flour, chilli powder, turmeric and salt to a mixing bowl.

    Add water slowly and mix until a thick batter forms.

    Chop a handful of fresh coriander finely and add to the batter.

    Dip the cooked chicken into the batter until completely covered, then deep fry each piece until golden brown

    Serve with chilli sauce, raita or other dipping sauces
