  • 2 (9-inch) pie crusts
  • 1 box light brown sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. corn meal
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 c. broken pecan pieces

Directions

    Cream margarine and light brown sugar, then add eggs, corn meal, water, vanilla, salt and pecans.
