- 2/3 c. molasses
- 2/3 c. dark corn syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. whole pecans or pieces
- 1 (9-inch) uncooked pie shell
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 stick melted butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Beat eggs lightly in mixer.

3Add remaining ingredients except pecans.

4Blend until just combined. Pour mixture into pie shell and sprinkle with pecans.

5Bake 40 minutes or until filling is puffy and the crust is golden brown.
