- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. syrup (white or dark)
- 3 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Mix sugar, margarine and syrup; add eggs at room temperature. Add vanilla and vinegar; mix and add pecans.

2Put in unbaked pie shell.

3Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

4Reduce heat to 300° and bake for 40 minutes.
