  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. syrup (white or dark)
  • 3 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Mix sugar, margarine and syrup; add eggs at room temperature. Add vanilla and vinegar; mix and add pecans.

    Put in unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 300° and bake for 40 minutes.
