- 1 c. margarine
- 1 c. small pecan pieces
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon (if desired)
- a dash of salt
Directions

1Mix into bowl sugar, cocoa, cinnamon and salt.

2Spoon dry mix onto half the pie round; do not overfill.

3Pat each with margarine.

4Fold over and flute edges together well with fingers. Fry in iron skillet over low heat until golden brown.

5Turn over gently and fry other side or bake in 350° oven until golden brown.
