  • 2 12 cups water
  • 12 cup toasted pecans
  • 12 cup maple syrup
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 2 liters soda water

Directions

    Mix everything but soda water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

    simmer about 40 minutes until reduced to 3/4 cup syrup.

    strain and let cool.

    stir 2 tablespoons syrup into 1 glass of soda water.
