Pecan Pound Cake

- 4 sticks butter
- 6 eggs
- 1 box 4x confectioners sugar
- 1 sugar box all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Cream butter until smooth.

2Add 2 eggs at a time.

3Blend until smooth.

4Add sugar gradually; blend thoroughly.

5Fill sugar box 3/4 full with all-purpose flour.

6Add gradually and cream to butter mixture.

7Add vanilla; blend and add pecans and fold into mixture.

8Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325° for 1 hour. Could take 1 1/4 hours according to oven.

9Top will crack as most pound cakes do.
