  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. butter or oleo
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Stir flour, baking powder and salt.

    Cream butter and sugar; beat until fluffy.

    Blend in vanilla and eggs, one at a time; beat 1 minute after each egg.

    Blend in dry ingredients and stir in nuts.
