  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. flour less 2 Tbsp. or 1 c. cake flour
  • confectioners sugar

    Add sugar and blend until creamy. Add vanilla; blend.

    Roll into small balls.

    Bake on greased cookie sheet 300° 25 or 30 minutes. Roll while hot in confectioners sugar.

    Reroll in sugar when cool.
