- 1 c. flour
- 1 (1/2 c.) stick butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- confectioners sugar
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Heat oven to 300°.

2Process flour and pecans in food processor or until nuts are very finely chopped.

3Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until pale and fluffy.

4Gradually beat in flour mixture just until blended.

5Roll level tablespoons of dough into balls.

6Place 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

7Bake for 45 minutes or until browned.

8While warm, roll in powdered sugar. Cool completely.

9Then roll in powdered sugar again.
