- 36 to 40 caramels
- 2 Tbsp. milk or cream
- 16 large marshmallows
- 1 1/3 c. finely chopped toasted pecans
Directions

1Unwrap the caramels and combine with milk in a medium size glass bowl.

2Microwave on high for 1 minute.

3Stir and if needed, continue to microwave for 15 seconds.

4Stir and repeat, if needed until caramels are melted.

5Dip each marshmallow into caramel mixture and then coat well with pecans.

6It might be necessary to turn the marshmallows from time to time until the caramel sets.
