- 2 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup canola oil
- 23 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 cup pecan halves, chopped
Directions

1Heat oven to 350.

2Grease bottom only of two 9x5-inch loaf pans.

3In large bowl, combine flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well.

4In medium bowl, combine oil, water, eggs and pumpkin; mix well.

5Add to flour mix; beat 1 minute at medium speed.

6Fold in pecans.

7Pour batter into prepared pans.

8Bake at 350 for 60 to 70 minute or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

9Cool 10 min; remove from pans and cool on wire rack.
