Pecan Ritz Torte

  • 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. pecans
  • 30 Ritz crackers
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 pt. whipped cream

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients and bake in an 8-inch pan for 20 minutes at 350°.

    Drain the pineapple and add to the whipped cream. Serve on top of torte.

    For double amount bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
