- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
- 1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 lb. store bought caramels
- chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients, kneading in last of sugar gradually.

2Shape into eight rolls, 1-inch in diameter.

3Put in freezer overnight.

4Melt caramels in top of metal double boiler. Remove from heat but keep over hot water.

5Dip marshmallows.

6Roll into caramel to cover, then roll in nuts.

7Cool covered in dry place.
