  • 2 sticks butter or margarine, softened
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Roll into small balls, not more than 1-inch wide.

    Bake at 325° for 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Do not allow to brown.

    Roll in confectioners sugar while still warm.
