  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 1/2 ounce. pkg. beef, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 tbsp. green pepper, minced
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • Dash of garlic salt

Directions

    Cream softened cheese with lowfat milk.

    Stir in beef, onion flakes, pepper, garlic salt, green pepper and lowfat sour cream.

    Put in an oven proof dish.

    Top with pecans.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min.
