- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. minced parsley
- fresh parsley sprigs (optional)
Directions

1Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks with a fork; add next 7 ingredients, mixing well. Spoon pecan mixture into egg whites.

2Garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired.
