- 1 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. soft margarine
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1/8 tsp. almond extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. white syrup
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, margarine and flour.

2Roll into ball. Chill for 1 hour or overnight. Pinch out 8 balls.

3Press balls into muffin tin with fingers, working up to the top.

4Set aside. In a separate bowl, beat egg.

5Add brown sugar and mix well.

6Add margarine, vanilla, almond extract, white syrup, salt and chopped pecans.

7Put 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each cup.

8Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
