- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Tart Shell
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2In medium bowl combine sugar, pecans, eggs, butter and vanilla.

3Spoon 1 teaspoon of mixture into each prepared tart shell.

4Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.

5On a wire rack, cool 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool completely.

6Crust:

7In large bowl combine flour, margarine and cream cheese to form soft dough.

8Shape into 3/4 inch balls.

9Press into ungreased mini muffin pans to form tart shells.
