Ingredients

  • small package cream cheese
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 egg

Directions

    With hands, mix the cream cheese, margarine, flour and salt. Break into little pieces the size of marbles and fit into well greased tart pans.

    Mix together brown sugar, chopped pecans vanilla and egg.

    Fill tarts with mix.

    Bake to 350 degrees. Makes 36 - 40 tarts.
