- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine margarine, cream cheese and flour in bowl; mix well. Chill in refrigerator.

2Shape into small balls.

3Press into miniature muffin cups.

4Mix remaining ingredients in bowl.

5Place 1 teaspoon in each prepared muffin cup.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Remove to wire rack to cool.

8Freeze if desired.

9Yields 2 dozen.
