- 1 stick soft oleo
- 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp. melted butter
- pecan pieces
Directions

1Mix stick of oleo, cream cheese and flour well.

2Form into 24 balls about size of walnut.

3Press into 24 small tart tins.

4Fill with the following: chopped pecans pieces (3 to 4 pieces in each section).

5In separate bowl, mix 2 eggs (beaten), brown sugar, vanilla, pinch of salt and melted butter.

6Pour over nut pieces to 1/4-inch from top.

7Place broken nut pieces on top of each tart. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

8Cool before removing from pan.

9These are great to freeze also.
