- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- dash of salt
- 2/3 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Blend first 2 ingredients, then stir in flour.

3Chill slightly (about 1 hour), then shape into 2 dozen 1-inch balls.

4Flatten into ungreased muffin tins.

5Beat next 5 ingredients until mixed well, then fold in the pecans.

6Fill to 2/3 full in each muffin cup.

7Bake 20 minutes.
