- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick or 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- dash of salt
- 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine cream cheese and 1 stick margarine with flour (first 3 ingredients).

2Refrigerate until firm enough to roll into balls the size of medium size marbles.

3Press into pastry muffin pans. Combine remaining ingredients and drop by teaspoons into pastry lined muffin pans.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

5Allow to cool before removing.
