- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. pecan pieces
- 1 c. oleo
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Mix cream cheese and oleo; add flour and mix well.

3Chill; divide dough into quarters and divide each one into 12 balls.

4Press each ball into bottom and sides of mini muffin pans.

5Stir together eggs, brown sugar and vanilla; stir in pecans.

6Spoon into pastry shells, filling each cup.

7Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until pastry is golden brown; cool 5 minutes and remove from pans.
