- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- confectioners sugar (optional)
Directions

1Combine margarine and softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended.

2Add flour; mix well.

3Chill.

4Combine brown sugar, egg and vanilla; mix well.

5Stir in nuts.

6Divide dough into 24 balls; press into miniature muffin tins.

7Fill each cup 3/4 full of brown sugar mixture.

8Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

9Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.

10Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired.
