- 6 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 c. Butter
- 2 c. Sifted Flour
- 2 Tbsp. buttter
- 1 1/2 Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- dash salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/3 Broken Pecans
Directions

1Cream softened cream cheese and 1 cup butter.

2Blend in flour. Chill 4-6 hours.

3Cream 2 tablespoons butter and brown sugar together.

4Add salt, vanilla and eggs Beat well.

5Press chilled dough in mini muffin tins.

6Put 1/2 pecans in the shells.

7Add filling, sprinkle with rest of pecans.

8(Pecans can be added to filling.)

9Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until brown.
