- 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Dash salt
- 1-1/3 cups pecans, chopped
Directions

1Cream butter and cream cheese until well blended.

2Add flour and blend well.

3Chill dough for 1 hr.

4Shape into 2 dozen balls. Put in muffin pan and press up sides.

5Beat together egg, brown sugar, butter, vanilla and salt.

6Set aside.

7Divide 1 cup of pecans into each muffin cup.

8Add egg mixture to each cup and top with additional pecans in each.

9Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
