- 4 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 Tbsp. soft oleo
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Blend and chill the first 3 ingredients.

2Shape into 2 dozen balls and press into mini muffin pans (on bottom and sides). Blend remaining ingredients.

3You need about 2/3 to 1 cup coarsely broken pecans.

4Put 1/2 of pecans in pastry-lined pans.

5Fill with egg/sugar filling and top with remaining pecans.

6Bake at 325° for 25 minutes or until set.

7Cool and remove from pans.
